For filtering fine dust that passes through the cyclone -- permits recirculation of exhaust air where allowed.  Available open or with enclosure panels.  Motor powered shakers are standard on FT64's and optional on FT40's and FT24's to replace manual shaker.  Cotton sateen filter tubes are standard.  Filter efficiencies down to 0.3 micron.  Napped cotton sateen filters recommended for fine dust applications.  Options: motor shaker, pressure relief panels, automatic shaker control, other filter media.  Also larger "Baghouses" available.

Models FT140 and 164 are shorter with less filter area.  More models available.  Contact us for more information.

In the DUSTKOP tradition, AGET offers many combinations of exhausters and filters.  Variations of the FT40 series are shown here and are also available in the FT64 series (table).  Motor powered shakers, 115V, are standard on the FT64's and are optional on FT40's.  Automatic timer controls are available.  The shorter models FT140 and FT164 with filters of 272 and 435 sq.ft. (not listed) are available but used only when space dictates since filter area is most important.  Cotton filters are standard, options available.  Contact us for more information.

DUSTKOP "pull-through" filters offer maximum efficiency on applications with fine dust when a cyclone would not be effective.  Cotton sateen is the standard filter and others are available.  Coarse particles drop out in the lower chamber where velocity slows and air turns upward through the tubes where the "fines" are removed.  Motor driven filter shakers are standard on FT40 and FT64 series and are optional on FT24's.  Dimensions in parentheses are for FT140 and FT164 units with reduced filter area.  Areas (sq.ft.):  FT24 = 112, FT40S = 400, FT64S = 640, FT140S = 286, FT164S = 458.
